L Word Orchestration

If our love was a symphony
I would just lay back and
Listen, to
Kisses that dance upon
Triplets vibrating on
The strings tightened
From the qualms
Of the past that we
Desperately wish
To hide but only
Resonates within the
Dissonant chords that
Tremble throughout the
Brass,
I would hear the rhythm
Of how we fall, how
I fell in him

Moving to the quiet
Dance of the woodwinds
Pleasantly revealing the
Bits of laughter and
Whimsical life that
Is only ours. Joyfully
The movement
Of sixteenths running
Back and forth
Forgoing the race of
A quirky spirit and contrasting
With deep soft undertones
To which he conflicts within
Masculine enough to present
Itself but sweet enough
Not to overpower
Music to my ears indeed
